When PMG Ltd were appointed by the clients, the scheme already had planning approval but the clients felt that the proposed design was uninspiring and lacked the contemporary feel that they desired.

PMG Ltd worked closely with the client to fully understand their wishes and ambitions for the extension.  PMG Ltd also worked closely with the builder to ensure that the new design could be delivered within the clients build budget.  PMG Ltd enhanced the original designs by proposing a central glazed projecting rear gable feature with bi-fold doors either side, together with vaulted ceilings and changes to the internal layout.
