When PMG Ltd were appointed on this project the client had already received a planning refusal for a scheme prepared by another designer.

We prepared a revised scheme which would not only satisfy the clients brief but achieved a traditional design that reflected the properties location within a national park.  The proposed scheme transformed a 1970s chalet bungalow into a traditional dwelling with character and charm.
