By being a small practice and with Paul’s background of 17 years working for local authorities, we can provide expert knowledge with a personal approach, which results in a friendly service with attention to the all important detail.
We prepare clear, fully detailed and accurate plans and have gained an excellent reputation for the quality of our services. The quality of our services in demonstrated in the fact that practically all of our work is gained through recommendations from previous clients and builders who have used our plans. We are regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Association of Building Engineers, and we are a Local Building Control Authority Partner Company.
Paul provides all the architectural and consultancy services and is the face of the company. He graduated from the University of Greenwich, is a Chartered Surveyor and a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers. Paul has previously spent 17 years working at a senior level in Building Control, both in Local Authority and private practice. Paul’s experience in Building Control has given him an excellent understanding and appreciation of the building regulations and planning legislation, coupled with excellent contacts with planning and building control. Paul has a passion for architecture and residential design. He is inspired by the potential of properties and strives to produce imaginative design solutions which maximise the architectural potential of the site, whilst reflecting the clients budget.
In his spare time Paul likes spending time with his family, walking in the New Forest and perfecting his golf swing.
Katie provides the back office support for PMG Ltd. With a background in retail banking, including 10 years as a branch manager, she deals with the company regulation, administration, bookkeeping, financial control and invoicing. She is the companies Data Protection Officer (as Paul didn’t fancy doing this) and tea maker.
When Katie is not pushing paper, she can either be found at the children’s primary school volunteering as a parent helper or pounding the pavement whilst out running.
Harrison is a trainee and has ambitions to become an employee when he finishes his education in 2026. Harrison is inspired by his Dads work and enjoys learning how to use Autocad. Outside of school Harrison loves Lego, playing Minecraft on the PlayStation and is being taught golf by his Dad.
Edward is the youngest trainee and is also keen to join the team when he finishes his education in 2029. His cheeky nature is sure to be a hit with the clients, but at this stage he is focused on learning to read and write. Edward enjoys watching TV, playing computer games and spends most days singing songs from ‘The Greatest Showman’
