The client wanted to extend and modernise this 1970s detached property to create a modern and striking family dwelling.
PMG Ltd handled the entire design process from conceptual designs through to the detailed plans. The nature of the project required a close working relationship with the Local Planning Authority to ensure that the project received planning approval. During the design process we need to work closely with an Arboricultural consultant to ensure that the protected trees on the site were suitably protected. This project has transformed a bland and unappealing building into an outstanding family dwelling of notable architectural merit.
